Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea and air freight, with export documentation, commercial invoices and certificates of origin prepared by the studio.
Can you make a piece to our own drawings?+
Yes. Send drawings, CAD files, sketches or reference images by email or WhatsApp. We review feasibility, propose materials and finishes, and return a sample plan.
Do you offer OEM and white label production?+
Yes. We produce under your brand, with your packaging, labelling and specifications, from small runs to bulk orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the object and process. Many catalogue pieces start from small trade quantities; custom work is quoted per project.
Can we order samples first?+
Yes. Samples can be made and dispatched before bulk production, so finishes and proportions can be approved in hand.
What are typical lead times?+
Samples usually take two to four weeks. Production depends on quantity and finish, and is confirmed with every quotation.
Which finishes are available?+
Finishes include polished, brushed and antique brass, patinated and blackened metals, powder coat and lacquer. Custom finishes can be matched to a reference.
Do you work with hotels and hospitality projects?+
Yes. We supply FF&E and decorative objects for hotels, restaurants and residences, working directly with architects, designers and procurement teams.
How are pieces packed?+
Every piece is wrapped and crated by hand for export, to arrive ready for installation or retail.
Which payment terms and currencies do you accept?+
We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP or INR by bank transfer. Terms are agreed per order, typically an advance with balance before dispatch.
How quickly will you reply?+
Every message is read by the studio. We usually reply within one working day, often sooner on WhatsApp.
