Peel-Curl Petit-Four Lifter

Petit-four / pastry lifter. A broad returned peel replaces the long shaft, changing the hand position and tool proportions. Hand blank cutting, shallow blade forming, broad return bending, grip-hood rolling, hand edge tapering + hand detail finishing.
